Eligibility for Office
For a member to hold office of the Chapter or the Management Committee that member must be a Member of the Chapter (see QAFI Rules for details).
Elections
At the annual general meeting (March each year) of the QAFI, all office holders and members of the Management Committee for the time being shall retire from office, but shall be eligible upon nomination for re-election.
All nominations shall be submitted to the Secretary on the standard “Nomination Form” no less than 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
A nomination form is circulated to members prior to the AGM in accordance with the Rules.
