At the annual general meeting (March each year) of the QAFI, all office holders and members of the Management Committee for the time being shall retire from office, but shall be eligible upon nomination for re-election. All nominations shall be submitted to the Administration Officer on the standard "Nomination Form" no less than 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. |
